The Suzuki Jamaica renovation at 49 ½ South Camp Road was a long anticipated project brought to life with the goal of elevating the brand’s storefront to the standard of the Stewart Auto Group’s showrooms.

Undertaken by ISSA Construction, the project management directive to Shemar Steele of Marcore Construction Group was a refreshed and optimized workspace that elevates the customer area, and creates a compact and efficient workstation for employees.

The project embraced a theme of refreshment over renewal, with our team carefully repurposing and reusing integral elements to deliver a modernized finish while maintaining cost efficiency and sustainability. Executing this vision required meticulous planning, as Suzuki’s operations needed to remain open and uninterrupted. Marcore successfully navigated this challenge by carrying out works during post-operational hours and weekends, deploying staff and equipment with precision to minimize disruption.
