The proposed base of operations for a local government office at 17–19 Connolley Road, Kingston, was another landlord/tenant renovation designed to meet the specific facility requirements of a government office.
Marcore Construction Group was entrusted with overseeing planning and design meetings for the maintenance and buildout works, specified to the client’s needs. This involved carefully adapting the space through a series of change orders and new specifications outlined by the client, while representing the interests of ISSA Construction Ltd.

Under our oversight, the project placed strong emphasis on finalizing critical MEP services, particularly HVAC and electrical systems, which were essential to the functionality of the new office environment. Our project manager coordinated ongoing specification sheets for the interior buildout, ensuring that project teams on both sides remained aligned. Acting in a consultancy role to the client, we advised on best practices and practical steps to achieve the highest standard of delivery within the evolving scope, reporting between the proposed tenant and ISSA Construction Limited.
Once the project reached approximately 75% completion, responsibilities were handed over to ISSA’s senior project manager, allowing Marcore to transition seamlessly to a new residential build under the ISSA Construction portfolio. The Connolley Road project remains an example of how we adapt and respond to dynamic project requirements while maintaining disciplined coordination and technical excellence.
