The Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries headquarters project at 17–19 Connolley Road, Kingston, was a landlord/tenant renovation designed to meet the specific facility requirements of a government office. Marcore Construction Group was entrusted with maintenance and buildout works, carefully adapting the space through a series of change orders and new specifications outlined by the client.

Under our oversight, the project placed strong emphasis on finalizing critical MEP services, particularly HVAC and electrical systems, which were essential to the functionality of the new office environment. Our team coordinated all ongoing specification sheets for the interior buildout, ensuring that project teams on both sides remained aligned. Acting as a consultant to the client, we advised on best practices and practical steps to achieve the highest standard of delivery within the evolving scope.
Once the project reached approximately 75% completion, responsibilities were handed over to the company’s senior project manager, allowing Marcore to transition seamlessly to a new residential build under ISSA Construction. The Connolley Road project remains an example of how we adapt and respond to dynamic project requirements while maintaining disciplined coordination and technical excellence.
