The Cool Energy project was a critical rehabilitation effort following a devastating fire that damaged essential cooling and operational infrastructure. For this client, the cooling tanks are central to operations, allowing byproduct to be cooled after extraction from the raw material, and without them production is halted.
Marcore Construction Group handled the full rehabilitation, including the replacement of damaged cylinders, welding, reinstallation and stress testing. This work formed a key component in the restoration of production capability, safeguarded output and brought the client one step closer to resuming full operations.

This rehabilitation remains an ongoing project, as Marcore is leading a broad program of services to restore the entire factory. The scope of work includes procurement and resource planning, insurance administrative support, site assessment for repairs and construction, welding, JPS infrastructure, electrical engineering and installation, general masonry and wetworks, haulage and land preparation, steel fabrication and installation, general painting, MEP services, and NEPA compliance assessment. Together, these services reflect a comprehensive approach to rebuilding a critical facility and ensuring its long-term resilience.
